Episode 31: Try these 7 strategies when you are "feeling off" but don't know why
Has this ever happened to you?
You are sitting at your desk at school, working on something and you just “feel off”?
You aren’t sure what’s wrong.
Maybe you feel agitated or grumpy. Maybe you feel a little bit queasy or dizzy. Maybe you feel out of sorts. Maybe you feel really fatigued. You can’t really describe it.
That’s why we just say, “I’m feeling off today” or “Not sure what’s going on with me today” So, I’ve had this happen to me dozens of times and it is not a great feeling.
Well, over the years, I have figured out some strategies that have worked really well for me. These strategies help me go from feeling “off” to feeling much better.
